Cynthia joined CASA as a volunteer in June of 2012; after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UTPB, she came on as Case Manager, then Program Director, and finally Executive Director. Cynthia will receive her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in December 2023.  Cynthia is a lifelong resident of Odessa.

Kay joined CASA of the Permian Basin in 2020; she has a fantastic heart for our children, her three daughters, and five grandchildren. Kay has very calming nature goes well with being a Program Director. Kay has already done so much in her life and we are happy to see what she does with CASA and the children we serve!

Jodie comes to CASA with a background in working with children in the system’ she joined CASA in 2021. Jodie has worked in different fields but came to CASA to stay!  Jodie has four children with her husband; she is also an amazing aunt to her two neices. Jodie is an amazing asset to CASA because of her energy and willingness to be out in the public for CASA of the Permian Basin.

Nedra has been with CASA of the Permian Basin since 2017; she is instrumental in the day-to-day office operations that ensure a successful program.  Nedra retired from City Pipe after 30 years of service; she brings a wealth of knowledge and and unending amount of energy to CASA!
